Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 26(HES) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 26(HES) Urging the President and the Congress to provide additional funding for special education services, pass the Senate?"
